I don’t have a logo to put on my web site, can you make one for me?
We offer a Corporate Identity package that includes logo development, letterhead, envelope and business card design. This logo can then be placed onto your web site. The Corporate Identity package is estimated at $300 but can vary depending on your needs. Please contact us for a free, no obligation consultation.
I work for XYZ company, can you put their logo on my site?
As long as you provide the logo, we can put it on your web site, for no charge. As the client, person requesting services, you are ultimately responsible for any and all content placed on your site.

Web Hosting
Is there a way for me to see how many people visit my web site?
Yes. There is a service called web statistics which will allow you to see how many “hits” and how many “visits” you are receiving. It tells you what pages are being accessed, when and for how long. This is a great tool to assess your site’s performance and to gauge your marketing campaigns’ effectiveness. Web Statistics are included on all hosting plans except the WebStarter; it is a $50/year add-on to that package.
How do I add an email address?
Login to the WebMail system using the administrative account. Your WebMail web address is http://webmail.yourdomain.com/ Your administrative account information was emailed to you when you signed up. If you have lost this information please contact customer service to have it reset and/or resent to you.
Can I purchase another domain name and have it point to my existing hosting account?
Yes. This service is called Domain Forwarding and is available to you at no additional charge for Standard Hosting customers with at least 2 domains in their account. The service is $25/year for all other customers.
Printing
What is cropping?
Cropping is the process of digitally removing the background of a photo, leaving only the subject. A different background can then be inserted into the back if desired.
When ordering a set of 5,000 business cards, for example, can half be one name and the other half another name?
No. The prices quoted are for printing the exact same image without any changes. Most of the cost goes into setting up the print job on the press, for that reason, they must all be printed exactly the same.
Can you rush my job please? I need it right away!
If you need your print job to be ready sooner, consider adding our rush processing service, available on most products, so that we can give your job more priority and get it to you sooner. If you don’t want to pay an additional fee, you can rest assured that we will still process your order quickly.
Can you ship my order to me?
Yes. Once your job is ready we can weigh it and give you an accurate estimate for your Shipping and Handling fees. We ship most of our products UPS Ground, others available upon request.
I referred somebody to you, do I get a commission of any sort?
Yes. Our business thrives on referrals. If someone that you refer places an order for print media (business cards, post cards, flyers, etc), we will give you $25. You can either request a credit on your account, request a check, or ask that we apply your commission as a discount to the person you referred. It’s up to you.
If my office places a large order for several agents/associates can we get a discount?
Yes. If you order in groups or in large quantities you will save money on printing and on design fees if there are any. Contact us for a custom quote.
